Your first visit includes a comprehensive health assessment and discussion of your goals before treatment begins. Most people find acupuncture deeply relaxing, and many even fall asleep during their session. We’ll guide you through every step to ensure you feel comfortable and informed.

Yes! Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers. Coverage varies depending on your individual plan, so we recommend confirming your benefits before your appointment.

Every person responds differently depending on their goals and health concerns. Some clients notice improvement after one visit, while others benefit from a series of treatments. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.

To ensure appointment times are available for all clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full treatment fee.
