To ensure appointment times are available for all clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full treatment fee.
